[FUTURE IMPACT LAB]

From Insight to Proposal

Outcomes

Future Impact Lab does not stop at reflection. Cases and series may conclude with strategic proposals, institutional recommendations, or initiative portfolios that can be adopted by organizations, governments, or coalitions.

FIL generates insight, synthesis, and structured proposals. Execution belongs to institutions, companies, and coalitions.

Proposal maturity levels

01

Insight Note

A focused observation with strategic relevance. Suitable for early-stage cases or targeted signals that warrant attention without requiring a full proposal.

02

Strategic Proposal

A substantial recommendation with rationale, early actions, risks, tradeoffs, and open questions. The primary output of a completed FIL case.

03

Institutional Blueprint

A detailed organizational redesign or governance proposal. Suitable for institutional cases focused on internal transformation.

04

Initiative Portfolio

A series-level set of coordinated proposals. The output of a completed FIL series — multiple interconnected recommendations that together constitute a strategic program.

05

Coalition Proposal

A cross-institution action proposal requiring multiple actors to coordinate. Suitable for cases where no single organization can act alone.

Series outcomes

When a series concludes, its synthesis becomes an Initiative Portfolio — a coordinated set of proposals that together constitute a strategic program.

Example — The Human Transition Series

Potential Initiative Portfolio

  • Human Cognitive Independence Program
  • New Social Contract Lab
  • Human–AI Rights Charter
  • Meaning Economy Research Program
  • Hybrid Civilization Working Group

Illustrative. Actual proposals emerge from participant synthesis.

Governance

Proposals are drafted from case synthesis and reviewed before publication. Published proposals are attributed to Future Impact Lab, not to individual participants.

Proposals may be sponsored by institutions without those institutions controlling their content. Sponsorship creates contribution, not influence.
